The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing courage-building skills so that individuals, teams and organizations can move from armoured leadership to daring leadership. "During the workshop I gained great insight into myself and was taught courage-building skills though the use of practical techniques, workbook exercises and specialized videos. These skills continue to be life-changing as I practice them in my daily life. I highly recommend this workshop - it will inspire you to lead a more COURAGEOUS life."
Rand Abou RasPresident, Enactus Ryerson
"This content will help me manage a relationship with a business partner, using cognitive and emotional empathy to resolve problems that could rise. Additionally, we will be hiring Enactus members, this means dealing with students who are struggling to juggle work, school, Enactus, and their personal lives. I will empathically look back at my time as a student and my struggles to help relate to my members and build a trusting relationship."
Sanaa KahloanProject Manager, Enactus Ryerson
"As a leader in this organization, it's important to be able to identify emotions, both positive and negative within our team and to find ways to boost team morale, especially at a time like this. Lessons and discussions like this are important as it allows for a more supportive culture within our organization. My biggest takeaway from our discussion was learning to talk to yourself in a way that you would talk to others - since you can only help others once you've truly helped yourself."
Suman MalikBusiness Analyst, Home Depot
"This workshop changed my perception about leadership and the way I used to see people and handle my own feelings or the way I dealt with the situations. I would recommend [this training seminar] to anyone who wants to develop courage without loosing his/her true-worth, feelings or capacity. This certification would be very useful for those who want to improve their personal relationships with others, create joy and fairness at home and work as well as become a better colleague and manager."
